Hannah designed a complete 2-level home renovation for us. She prepared the plans for every aspect and the general contractor and all of the trades used the plans. Great compliments all around as Hannah’s thoroughness and attention to detail limited questions from the GC and trades. After discussing the general concepts of our renovation and what we wanted and didn’t want, we asked Hannah to offer us only a few choices for each item or aspect that needed selection and she fulfilled our request; and seemed to know exactly what we had in mind and what worked overall. She has a great design-sense; and is knowledgeable on a variety of styles as well as what is current. Hannah was conscious of the price of items and availability and suggested cost-effective choices which we could access in a reasonable timeframe.
Whenever we had any questions, Hannah always got back to us immediately or before the end of the business day. Hannah was extremely professional with us and anyone who needed information (i.e., suppliers).

I've had such a great experience with working Hannah from CHY Design. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew what she was getting into when we asked her for help on a Vancouver special home. She was able to cross off almost all the wants on my list. Of course I had to settle on some things... As you can only do so much with space provided... But she offered alternative ideas that I was able to compromise with. She is so attentive to the last detail. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted without having to tell her sometimes. I would definitely use her again in the future if I go thru another big project reno.
Hannah helped me pick colours for my home. She was professional and fun to work with, and had ideas I never could have thought of! I get lots of complements on my colorful home, and Hannah helped me find the balance of being bold without being garish.
